We do not offer refunds or exchange for purchases once fabric has been cut, or for change of mind. If you are unsure of the fabric colour, pattern, weight or style, please order a free swatch before ordering the fabric. If the product is damaged in transit Provincial Fabric House does not accept any liability. We therefore advise that you insure your products.
If we have sent the incorrect product, we will replace the product and will arrange return shipping at our expense.
All returned products must be received within 14 days of delivery date.

How to Return
If you are returning a product to us please contact us via email to email@example.com and outline why you wish to return the goods. The Return must be approved in writing, and goods must be returned within 14 days of delivery date. Please ensure the goods are adequately packaged to ensure they are not damaged during return transit.
Returned goods must be sent via Fastway with a tracking number. We are not responsible for missing or lost items.
